>>Hallo all! Remember this: Great leadership isn’t always dictated by numbers. The idea of the greatest leaders being only those with seemingly the largest following is a great fallacy of today. But one thing that makes the greatest leaders is the ability to lead when there are hardly any numbers. I challenge all of those who want to be, or are a leader, to do just that…lead.
Wither your group is of four or four hundred. Lead. Encourage, uplift, challenge, reprove, admonish, and simply lead those that follow you.
Oh yea, and don’t forget to take time to lead in smaller groups or numbers.
