What do you make of that?

I read this quote in the book “The Orphaned Anything’s: a memoir of a lesser known.” The quote says “We have become who we think we need to be, and not who we want to be.”
What do you think about that? Is this true for you? Do you think this is true for most people?

Some of the greatest people ever remembered usually have quotes. The greatest historic figures, influencers, leaders, and even those infamous dictators that our world has seen. The other night right before the Super Bowl was starting one female reporter began to talk about Kurt Warner and his amazing comeback into the football scene. She opened up with a quote from Ella Fitzgerald that went something like, “In life there are no second acts.” It means something to be quoted. In today’s world there is so much noise from infomercials to extremists megaphone preachers to new age philosophy. The world is a loud place to live in, and to have something you said to be actually absorbed by someone means a lot. I want to live a quote able life. I want something I say to have an impact in such a way that someone holds on to it and uses it in their lives.
Ecclesiastes 5:3″.. a fool’s voice is known by multitude of words.”
